Laboratory analyzes – maximum of $100 per person, per contract year for blood and urine analyzes and throat swabs, carried out following an accident or for the diagnosis or treatment of an illness.
Prostate specific antigen (PSA) test – maximum of $75 per person, per contract year, for payment of costs incurred for tests necessary for the diagnosis or treatment of an illness, when prescribed or requested by the attending physician. Supplemental health insurance benefits are payable only after exhaustion of benefits paid by the public health insurance plan, if applicable. Hospitalization Reimbursement of hospitalization costs, in a single or twin room, in addition to the costs of hospitalization in a general hospital (acute care). A cash benefit is also paid for each day you cannot get a single or double room.
